[HanCinema's News] Lee Si-eon Confirmed for "Bad Prosecutor"

Recent news reports have confirmed that actor Lee Si-eon is expected to play a major role in the upcoming legal drama "Bad Prosecutor" on KBS. Lee Si-eon will play Go Joong-do, a skilled hacker who works alongside the lead, Jin Jeong, the title character and prosecutor played by Do Kyung-soo who does battle against the wicked. Lee Si-eon is expected to play more of a comic relief role compared to his more traditionally heroic leading man.

Lee Si-eon has long been known for his highly adaptable comic personality, which has worked as a good fit in a wide number of genre dramas over the years in supporting roles. "Crazy Love - 2022" is his most recent part in that regard. "Bad Prosecutor" will mark the long-awaited return of Do Kyung-soo to television dramas, his having last appeared in "100 Days My Prince" back in 2018. "Bad Prosecutor" begins filming in May for an expected television release of the second half of this year.
