[HanCinema's News] Lee Yeon-hee Buys 2.4 Million Dollar Building in Seoul

On November 11th, a legal filing confirmed that actress Lee Yeon-hee has bought a 2.4 million dollar building in the Seongbuk district of Seoul. The property is a marital one, purchased with her non-celebrity husband. The purchase was made in July, and the building comprises three floors- one in the basement, with two above ground. The purchase was made outright, and the apparent purpose of the transaction was for a permanent residence, as opposed to renting.

The high value area is close to the homes of Dutch and Singaporean officials as well as various museums and temples. Many foreigners and celebrities have residences in this neighborhood because its secure and has relatively little foot traffic from common citizens. Kim Woo-bin, Bae Yong-joon, Park Soo-jin, Lee Seung-gi, and Yoo Hae-jin are among the celebrities known to own property there. Lee Yeon-hee last appeared in "O'PENing 2023 - Stroll" and has no confirmed upcoming projects.
