[HanCinema's News] "Love Reset" Leads for Second Straight Day at South Korean Box Office

According to figures released by the Korean Film Council on October 5th, "Love Reset" is once again the most popular movie at South Korean theaters. After first day receipts of 192,165 admissions, "Love Reset" added another 42,902 admissions for a two day total of 235,067 admissions. While outperforming "Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman" in the short term, the second day for "Love Reset" was quite a bit worse than the second day for the Gang Dong-won led horror film, which had 190,367 admissions.

Of course, "Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman" had a long Chuseok holiday to help on its second day, although even on its eighth day, "Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman" still had 25,066 admissions. "Dr. Cheon and the Lost Talisman" may yet reclaim the top spot in subsequent days. "Love Reset" stars Kang Ha-neul and Jung So-min as a divorcing couple who fall in love again thanks to a bout of amnesia during their paperwork grace period. It was released in South Korean theaters on October 3rd.
