[HanCinema's News] Main Poster Released for "The Devil Judge"

The upcoming tvN drama "The Devil Judge" just revealed a new main poster for the series starring Ji Sung in the lead role as the righteous yet vaguely sinister title character. The new poster allows a direct look at him in proper contextual mode, holding a large hammer one-handed while looking judgmentally sidelong at the camera. In the background is a statue of Dike, the Greek goddess of morality, its picture distorted by transmission. This is a likely reference to the drama being premised around a reality TV show.

The new project is a natural fit for Ji Sung, who last appeared as the title character in "Doctor John" back in 2019. That drama too, dealt with an unconventional but morally determined professional, a doctor who specializes in the controversial field of pain management. "The Devil Judge" is set to premiere on July 3rd on tvN in the timeslot currently occupied by "MINE" on the network.
