[HanCinema's News] Media Push for Korean Summer Films Begins

Major press conferences for the big three domestic blockbusters will be occurring one after another this week. "The King's Letters" will have its push at 11AM on June 25th at the Dongdaemun Megabox. "The Divine Fury" will hold its conference at 11AM on June 26th at the Konkuk University Lotte Cinema. "Exit - Movie" will start at 11AM on June 27th at the Apgujeong CGV.

"The King's Letters", a Joseon era political drama, will open in South Korean theaters on June 24th. "The Divine Fury", an occult themed supernatural movie, and "Exit - Movie", a comic disaster film, both open on July 31st. Competition between these various films is expected to be fierce.
In more immediate film news both the Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival and the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival will be starting on June 27th. The former will finished on July 3rd and the latter on July 7th.
