[HanCinema's News] Netflix Releases English-language Jung Soo-jung Interview

This past June 13th Netflix Korea released an interview with Jung Soo-jung on their Youtube channel. English subtitles are available for the video, which can be seen here. As is often the case with official Netflix interviews, the questions are fairly abstract in relationship to her actual performance. Jung Soo-jung discusses an interest in playing a princess, among other odd topics such as consumption of alcohol and other various forms of challenges.

Short clips from "Sweet and Sour" are interspersed throughout the interview where relevant. Jung Soo-jung also mentions wanting to do a romantic comedy or a melodrama- ironic given that "Sweet and Sour" could be described as either, but deliberately blurs genre lines to try and make something more unique. "Sweet and Sour" was released worldwide via Netflix this past June 4th. According to FlixPatrol, it is currently the number one movie for South Korea and Taiwan on that platform.
