[HanCinema's News] New Stills Released for "Urban Myths"
By William Schwartz | Published on
On April 7th the distributor for the upcoming horror omnibus film "Urban Myths" released new stills for the movie. The shots in question show more of the cast in context, without the more lurid imagery generally known for horror films. The mood of the new pictures is oddly discordant, seeming more appropriate for a romantic comedy than a horror omnibus. Of course, this odd tonal mix will most likely be reproduced in the movie itself as well.

In a commemorative picture, "Arin" and Lee Soo-min can be seen, from their appearance in the third part of the omnibus, Necromancy. In an elevator, Jung Won-chang and Exy can be seen in a chance encounter from the ninth part, The Wall. "Urban Myths" comes courtesy of director Hong Won-ki, who is best known for directing music videos- possibly explaining why there are so many idols in the cast. "Urban Myths" will be released in South Korean theaters on April 27th.
