By William Schwartz | Published on
In a recent Instagram post, actress Park Bo-mi offered thanks to all those who had prayed for her son, describing them as like family. Unfortunately, her son Simon died on May 20th, following a brief period where his mortal fever had seemed to be improving. But Park Bo-mi said the support he received allowed him to go to heaven. Park Bo-mi stated that she had to write a mass thank you message because there were too many well-wishers to thank individually.

Park Bo-mi described her son as a kind, angel-like baby, and requested that this be how he was remembered. Park Bo-mi is a comedienne and TV personality who's taken on a few acting roles in recent years, the most prominent of which is likely her debut role in "Strong Woman Do Bong-soon" in 2017. Her most recent acting credit was in "Extracurricular" on Netflix in 2020. She married a soccer player that same year and gave birth to her son the following year.
