[HanCinema's News] Park Eun-bin Confirmed for "Castaway Diva"

Last year, Park Eun-bin saw a tremendous boost to her profile thanks to her title role in "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" which defied all expectations to become a huge hit. The actress has now confirmed her next major role in "Castaway Diva" where she will play Mook-ha, a girl who dreams of auditioning to become a diva. However, her dreams are interrupted by a fifteen year stay where she is stranded on a remote island.

The story of "Castaway Diva" takes place after her rescue, where Mook-ha is determined to continue pursuing her dreams despite fifteen years of intervening captivity. The project comes courtesy of Baram Pictures and Kakao Entertainment. Oh Choong-hwan of "Start Up" and "Big Mouth" will direct the drama, while Park Hye-ryeon of "Start Up" is confirmed as the credited screenwriter. Filming for "Castaway Diva" is expected to begin within the first half of this year.
