[HanCinema's News] "Queen Woo" Tops TVING Charts in First Day of Availability

The new historical drama "Queen Woo" is now the most popular show on South Korea's TVING streaming service. The news came on August 30th, 5:20 PM Korean time which first showed "Queen Woo" in the top spot of TVING's top 20 listing. The drama depicts a twenty four hour succession crisis following the death of the prior king, Gogukcheon of the Goryeo dynasty, who is played by Ji Chang-wook.

The title character played by Jeon Jong-seo works to put her own chosen successor on the throne. "Queen Woo" is being released in two parts. The first part came out on August 29th, while the second part will come out on noon Korean time this coming September 12th. Internationally, "Queen Woo" has been licensed in some regions by Viu and in other regions by Paramount Plus.
