By William Schwartz | Published on
According to figures released by the Korean Film Council "Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs" had 3212 admissions for 41 screenings between 25 screens on September 8th. This was enough to bring the animated movie to 802,296 overall admissions since its initial release on July 25th.

"Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs" is unlikely to hit any further milestones, as its admissions have drastically gone down over the past several weeks. But the animated movie's resiliency over the summer season has been surprising. The movie was made by an entirely Korean staff and has long benefited from strong personal recommendations.
The high admissions per screen ratio suggests that "Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs" has been a popular request for large reservation groups who have asked for a specific movie for specific low traffic times of the day. "Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs" was released on domestic video on demand services on August 21st.
