[HanCinema's News] Roy Kim fans push for his dismissal from agency

On April 4th the DCInside fan group for Roy Kim published a letter publically asking Stone Entertainment to dismiss him from the agency. The letter follows revelations that Roy Kim is now under investigation for taking an active role Jung Joon-young's illegal sexual video chat rooms.

The DCInside fan group was founded back in 2012. The formal but disgusted tone of the letter indicates that even by Roy Kim's longtime fans are now hostile to the celebrity. The letter also references #MeToo, and states that even if Roy Kim's conduct has not risen to that level of seriousness, the allegations against him nonetheless suggest his willing participation in effective sexual assault.
