[HanCinema's News] Seo Ji-hye Confirmed for Special Appearance in "Love Next Door"

On August 30th, Seo Ji-hye's agency IEUM# confirmed that the actress would be appearing in an upcoming episode of "Love Next Door" on tvN. The actress will be playing Jang Tae-hee, the ex-girlfriend of the lead character played by Jung Hae-in. In the context of the story, Jang Tae-hee is also a well-known master of ceramic work. Her apparent success is expected to drive tension with the lead actress played by Jung So-min, who is struggling with the aftermath of a broken career and engagement.

The appearance of Seo Ji-hye was facilitated by her prior relationship with Jung Hae-in. Both appeared in the family weekend drama "Yeah, That's How It Is" from 2016. Both were members of a larger ensemble, although Seo Ji-hye had a more prominent credit. Seo Ji-hye has not appeared in any television drama since "Red Balloon" from last year where she played a leading role. At present, Seo Ji-hye has not confirmed her next major screen project.
