[HanCinema's News] "Special Delivery" Passes 250,000 Viewer Mark

According to figures released by the Korean Film Council, the vehicular action film "Special Delivery" recently passed thw 250,000 viewer mark. This was achieved after six days of availability at South Korean theaters. "Special Delivery" is the first South Korean film to lead the box office this year. However, it only did so for its first three days of availability, surrendering the next three to Spider-Man: No Way Home which was a foreign Hollywood release.

The car chasing film has attracted attention for Park So-dam's presence in the leading role. The actress had previously appeared in "Parasite" from 2019, but had received an offer for "Special Delivery" before that movie became a big hit. She is better known among K-Contents fans for her work in romantic television dramas like "Cinderella and the Four Knights" and "Record of Youth" as well as for independent films such as "Ode to the Goose" and "Fukuoka" among others.
