[HanCinema's News] "The Roundup" Premieres in the Philippines

On June 22nd the local distributor Raon Company Plus released "The Roundup" theatrically in the Philippines. The action film is nearly approaching the 12 million viewer mark in South Korea, and is expected to do reasonably well for itself in the Filipino market. The cop action film had already been released in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and Taiwan among other territories worldwide.

Various local Filipino celebrities attended the VIP event for the premiere of "The Roundup" which was organized by the South Korean embassy among other organizations in the Philippines. The event was also covered in some detail by local television news in the country. "The Roundup" was released in South Korea this past May 18th.
