[HanCinema's News] "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" Given Age Rating

The Korea Media Rating Board recently confirmed on their website that "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" now has a suggested viewer rating. The KMRB recommends that only viewers aged fifteen and below be permitted to watch the film without supervision. This is in Korean age, which means that in terms of other countries, this advisory would be closer to a recommendation that only viewers aged fourteen and below be permitted to watch the film without supervision.

Harsh profanity and unrealistic killings with extreme blood were cited as the reasons by the KMRB for why the film was not suitable for all audiences. The news comes as exact release data for "The Witch : Part 2. The Other One" remains murky. We only know that the supernatural action mystery film is due sometime in June. Kim Da-mi will reprise her role from "The Witch : Part 1. The Subversion" although new actress Shin Si-a will be the proper lead of the sequel.
