[HanCinema's News] "Yaksha: Ruthless Operations" Opens in Third Place on International Netflix Leaderboard

According to figures released by the independent ranking aggregator FlixPatrol, "Yaksha: Ruthless Operations" is the third most popular film on Netflix. The figures held both for its opening day, April 8th with 455 points, and the following day, April 9th, with a slight uptick to 475 points. According to the FlixPatrol rubric, films and serial shows are awarded points based on how many top ten rankings they have in countries all over the world.

This is the first time that a South Korean film has appeared in the FlixPatrol Top Ten for Netflix since March 17th when "The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure" held seventh place. Unlike the swashbuckling action film, "Yaksha: Ruthless Operations" is a spy thriller that was produced for exclusive distribution via the Netflix platform. It's the number one Netflix movie in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nigeria, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
