According to Nielsen Korea, "Heard It Through the Grapevine" recorded 12.8%. This is 1.2% higher than the previous episode and a record breaker.

Choi Yeon-hee (Yoo Ho-jeong) taught a lesson to Ji Yeong-ra (Baek Ji-yeon) and Han Jeong-ho (Yu Jun-sang) who fooled her and had been having an affair.
