"Heartbeat - Drama" which ended on the 15th, depicts a dizzying life-guaranteed symbiosis romance between half-human vampire Seon Woo-hyeol and human Joo In-hae. Won Ji-an played the role of a cold human being, carefully portraying the gradually changing emotional line.
Won Ji-an, who finished her first leading role, said, "I felt a lot of responsibility as the main character of a 16-episode drama, and it was a driving force to finish the work", adding, "As I spent a long time with the work, it was fun to meet many characters".
"I don't know if I should say I experienced growth or adaptation, but my heart is getting stronger and calmer as I work", she said. "I want to continue to be remembered as the role rather than the actress. I really want to live like that, and I think I'll be somewhere, so I want to act so that I can be more realistic in the eyes of the viewer", she said, expressing her feelings after finishing the work.
Although it was her first lead role, Won Ji-an led the drama based on stable acting and showed her potential as a leading actress.
She will confirm her appearance in the Netflix drama "Squid Game 2" and prepare for filming after showing the results of his growth through "Heartbeat - Drama".
