"Reply 1988" actress Ryu Hye-young is in stardom. This independent movie star has been put in the spotlight and in a way it's thanks to her agency senior, Sul Kyung-gu.
Ryu Hye-young graduated the Gunguk University Department of Theater and debuted in 2007 with "High School Girl". She then starred in the 2013 movie "Ingtoogi" as Yeong-jae. She also starred in "My Dictator" and "Slow Video". She then signed a contract with C-Jes which is management to Sul Kyung-gu and Lee Jung-jae. This is when her territory expanded and she starred in "Yong Pal".
C-Jess Entertainment says, "We've had an eye on her since "Intoogi" and Sul Kyung-gu recommended her. She's hard working and is sincere about everything she does. She's also respectful to her elders. Sul Kyung-gu even gave her a thumbs-up saying she was going to do well".
Director of C-Jes also highly evaluated Ryu Hye-young. As much as she's highly recommended within the agency, the company will do everything in its power to widen her territory.
Ryu Hye-young is currently starring in "Reply 1988". She has been asked for interviews ever since she was put in the spotlight but she wants to concentrate on her work first.
