Hwang In-youp and Jung Chae-yeon In "Family by Choice"

Actor Hwang In-youp and Jung Chae-yeon from the group DIA will unite in "Family by Choice".

JTBC's "Family by Choice" is a romance between three men and women who spent their teenage years together, including Kim San-ha (Hwang In-youp), Yoon Joo-won (Jung Chae-won), and Kang Hae-joon (Bae Hyeon-seong). The movie is based on Hunan Satellite TV's "Go Ahead" (2020). It is directed by Kim Seung-ho-III, the director of "Joseon Attorney: A Morality" (2023). It is written by Hong Si-young.

Contrary to his appearance, San-Ha has a story that he tells no one. Joo-won is loved by her father who runs a noodle shop. She relies on San-ha and Hae-joon as his family. Hae-joon decides to play basketball with the mindset that he wants to repay Joo-won's father.
