Will Kim Hye-soo and Ju Ji-hoon's drama "Hyena" be back with a second season?

"Hyena" is a survival drama about lawyers who represent the top 1% high class society and it ended on the 11th.

Jeong Geum-ja (Kim Hye-soo) and Yoon Hee-jae (Ju Ji-hoon) revealed the ugly truth about Song Pil-joong (Lee Kyung-young), who stands at the center of an evil cartel. The unfinished story between Jeong Geum-ja and Yoon Hee-jae hinted at a possibility for a second season. The first two episodes of "Hyena" started with 7.7% and 10.3%, while the final two episodes rated 10.7% and 14.6%.

"Hyena" left a deep impression, it was fun and had a message. That's why viewers hope for a second season of the drama.

KeyEast CEO Park Seong-hye says, "Thank you for the great support you've given the drama".

"Nothing has been decided about the second season yet, but we will start thinking about it, since it's what so many people want".

"As you all know, the process to making a season 2 requires a lot of work and we have to match the schedule of everyone on the show. We will let you know once things become sure".

Park continued, "Every drama should be great, but we did plan on making "Hyena" one of KeyEast's leading dramas. We have been successful so far and I personally am greatly satisfied".

"All the actors said good things after the drama ended. They told me they were happy and I couldn't ask for more as the producer".

"I was surprised at the demand for a second season", Park said. "As a product, it means a lot that the drama was so successful. It's not easy for an episode-drama to turn out this well, but we made it. I am grateful to the viewers for following the storyline so well and sticking with the drama until the end".
