On the 1st, the agency's management company Lee Sang said, "Lee Sung-yeol was cast as Choi Hyeong-cheol in KBS2's new weekend drama "Iron Family"".

"Iron Family" is a romantic money bundle black comedy that occurs when Da-rim's family, an 'integral laundry', irons money instead of clothes.

In the drama, Lee Sung-yeol will be break down into Choi Hyeong-cheol, a police station officer with integrity, who is not only smart, intelligent, and neat in style but also wears good clothes and drives around a good car.

Lee Sung-yeol showed a powerful presence in the MBC drama "Numbers" which ended last year, drawing sympathy from viewers by portraying Sim Hyeong-woo in three dimensions.

Lee Seong-yeol of INFINITE has been breaking his life character across various media. He shows a wide range of acting spectrum through several dramas such as "While You Were Sleeping", "High School - Love On", "D-Day", "I Hate You But I Love You", "0.0MHz", "Intern Detective", "Time of Memory", the musical "Return", and the play "When I See Rainbows in the Wide Sky, My Heart Will Dance".

In particular, Lee Sung-yeol recently made a successful comeback in five years after releasing Infinite's 14th-anniversary album Flower, and held an Infinite assembly fan meeting at Jamsil Indoor Stadium for two days from the 13th to the 14th.
