On the 7th, the OSEN hosted an interview with actor Kang Hae-rim from the movie "Lobby".

The movie "Lobby" (director Ha Jung-woo, production workhouse company, film momentum, Michigan venture capital, Wizwick Studio, distribution showbox) tells the story of Chang-wook (Ha Jung-woo), the CEO of a startup company who only knew about research, who starts lobbying golf for the first time in his life to win a national project worth 4 trillion won. In particular, the movie is drawing keen attention as it is the third movie challenge by Ha Jung-woo, who debuted as a director with "Roller Coaster".

Kang Hae-rim made her debut in the web drama "Idol Fever - Theatrical Version" and gradually strengthened her acting skills by appearing as a reenactment actor in the KBS entertainment show "Interference in Love" and gradually began to make her face known to the public. Since then, she has been cast through a competitive edge of 600:1 in the Netflix drama "Somebody", playing the role of Kim Seom, a developer who does not understand the feelings of others, and made her first screen debut in "Lobby" as a professional golfer who falls into a slump.

"I didn't feel pressured because my character wasn't someone I had to significantly show off my skills", she said. "I am on the normal side of the drama and I don't say weird things. I thought (my character) should just calmly exist in the movie. That's what the director wanted".

Kang Hae-rim, who joined "Lobby" at the suggestion of Ha Jung-woo, said, "He didn't give me much acting direction. He said, 'Golf swing and form are the most important in for Jin Pro'. Overall, he gave me a lot of encouragement and compliments rather than acting advice. He said, 'I want you to be seen as a golfer', and 'I want you to be seen as a professional golfer when the movie is released!'"

Especially in the so-called 'puke scene' where Jin Pro's emotions explode, she said, "I remember what he told me then. He wanted me to be like someone who doesn't usually curse and use a lot of energy. Originally, the director asked me to swear boldly like the scene where he swore roughly in "Beastie Boys". Jin Pro seems to be swearing awkwardly, but it was all intended".

Kang Hae-rim also said, "To me, he's a director and Chang-wook at the same time. When I kept working with him, I really saw him as Chang-wook", adding, "But I also heard from other seniors that some of them got detailed directions. I think it was different for each character. For myself, I kept thinking a lot about acting. But I believed I would be directed the right way if I went down the wrong path. I didn't worry too much. I also did a lot of reading. I depended on the director to guide me".
