On the 22nd, the agency J-Ground said that the police concluded the investigation without charges and decided not to send the case to the former agency CEO A, who sued Jae Hee on charges of fraud.
It said, "We will respond to A with false information, defamation, and false accusations so that a powerless artist is not used by someone like him".
The agency said that A first proposed the termination of the exclusive contract to Jae Hee and other actors due to a legal dispute with investors, and in the process, Jae Hee did not receive an unpaid performance fee of 70 million won.
"Not long before the article was published, A came to the academy run by Jae Hee and offered to work with him again, but it turned out that he was vindictive of Jae Hee who refused".
Earlier, A sued Jae Hee for fraud and filed a civil lawsuit, saying that he borrowed 60 million won for the establishment of an acting academy, but he did not pay it back and lost contact with him.
In response, Jae Hee denied the allegation in February, saying, "I will work hard to tell the truth. An actor is not a pushover".
