Jang Ja-yeon's Ex-Representative and Ex-Manager got one year jail sentence

Mr. Kim, the representative of the entertainment company to which Jang Ja-yeon was belonging, got one year jail sentence after the prosecution charge; Jang Ja-yeon is an actress who committed suicide in March 2009.

Mr. Yoo, Jang Ja-yeon’s ex-manager, also sentenced for one year
This has been decided in final trial at Suwon Regional Court on October 1, 2010.
Mr. Kim was charged for violence toward the late Ms. Jang, and peculation during his work. Mr. Yoo was blamed for letting Ms. Jang’s private paper revealed to public to win the trial of two entertainer who were belonging to his own entertainment company; he also dissed Ms. Jang in public.
The Court will hold a verdict hearing on October 29th 2010.
