Actor Jeon Bae-soo will appear in the original Genie TV drama "Dear Hyeri".

Genie TV's original drama "Dear Hyeri" which will be broadcast in the second half of this year, depicts a refreshing healing romance between announcer Eun-ho, whose new personality is expressed by deep wounds, and her ex-boyfriend Hyeon-oh, who hides his heart's wounds.
Jeon Bae-soo plays Kim Sin-joong, the team leader of the announcer bureau. Kim Sin-joong is a college senior of Eun-ho (Shin Hye-sun) and Hyeon-oh (Lee Jin-uk), and supports Eun-ho without hesitation, while at the same time spitting out bitter words. Through collaboration with Shin Hye-sun, Jeon Bae-soo plans to show not only his familiarity as a team leader but also his professionalism.
Jeon Bae-soo has been active in dramas such as "Queen of Tears", "Daily Dose of Sunshine", "Divorce Attorney Shin", "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" and the movie "Confidential Assignment 2: International".
Recently, Jeon Bae-soo played Yoon Man-cheon, a veteran protectionist in "Daily Dose of Sunshine" and Baek Doo-kwan, the head of Yongdu-ri in "Queen of Tears".
In the original Netflix drama "The Whirlwind", he takes on the role of Lee Jang-seok, the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, showing a straight belief that he does not compromise with injustice.
