Jeon Sung-woo to Star in "Goodbye Earth"

Actor Jeon Sung-woo is considering appearing in the Netflix original series "Goodbye Earth".

On the morning of the 15th, Jeon Sung-woo's agency, High Entertainment, told Expo News, "Jeon Sung-woo has been proposed to appear in "Goodbye Earth"".

Directed by Kim Jin-min-I, famous for "Extracurricular" and "My Name", and written by Jeong Seong-joo, "Goodbye Earth" is based on a novel of the same name by writer Kōtarō Isaka and depicts the story 200 days before the end of the world is announced.

Ahn Eun-jin plays Jin Se-kyeong, the main character and Yoo Ah-in, her lover and experimental assistant at the Institute of Biotechnology, Ha Yoon-sang, have announced their appearance. Jeon Sung-woo has worked with Ahn Eun-jin in the "Diary of a Prosecutor" and Yoo Ah-in in the "Six Flying Dragons".

Jeon Sung-woo, who is currently meeting the audience with the plays "Elephant Song" and "Mouthpiece" is focusing on whether he will appear as a drama again after "Homemade Love Story".

Meanwhile, "Goodbye Earth" is scheduled to be released on Netflix in 2023 after filming next year.
