According to a report by Sports Kyunghyang on the 15th, Ji Chang-wook will make a surprise appearance in "Men of the Harem" (written by Hwang Jin-yeong, directed by Lee Eung-bok). Despite being a special appearance, he is expected to have a substantial amount of screen time and leave a strong, lasting impression.

Based on the popular web novel of the same name, "Men of the Harem" is a palace romance fantasy that follows Empress Latil of the Tarrium Empire, who brings male concubines into her court to protect her empire. The series is directed by Lee Eung-bok, known for "Descendants of the Sun", "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God", "Mr. Sunshine", and the "Sweet Home" series, with a script by Hwang Jin-yeong, the writer of "My Dearest".

Suzy has been mentioned as a potential lead for the role of Latil, while casting discussions are also underway with actors Lee Soo-hyuk, Shin Seung-ho, Kim Dan-II, and Yoo Jung-hoo. With its star-studded lineup, the drama is already being hailed as a 'visual feast' and is considered one of the most anticipated projects of the year. Ji Chang-wook's participation further strengthens expectations for global success.

Ji Chang-wook recently established himself as a global star through the Disney+ series "The Manipulated", and continues to build an impressive filmography this year with the film "Colony", the Netflix series "Scandals", and Disney+'s "Merry Berry Love. His appearance in "Men of the Harem" has further heightened anticipation among fans worldwide.
