Jo Hyang-gi to Return With Drama "Apple of My Eye"

Actress Jo Hyang-gi will return to the small screen with a new daily drama.

On the morning of the 27th, her agency Cherish Village said, "Actress Jo Hyang-gi has confirmed her appearance in the KBS daily drama "Apple of My Eye", which will premiere at 8:30 PM on the 27th".

"Apple of My Eye" is a drama about the pleasant and heartbreaking story of families growing up raising their precious children, centering on single daddy Geum Kang-san (Seo Jun-young) and adoptee Ok Mi-rae (Yoon Da-young). Jo Hyang-gi plays Choi  Soo-ji, the wife of Ok Jae-hyeon, Hwangdong Food's successor, and Ok Mi-rae.

In the drama, Choi  Soo-ji was born with a golden spoon and has lived like a queen, and is a person with a confident and outspoken speech. In addition, the goal is to hand over Hwangdong Food to her son Joon-pyo, but she will increase tension and immersion by signaling a conflict with her sister-in-law Ok Mi-rae.

Jo Hyang-gi was loved by many for her realistic yet emotional performances in movies and dramas such as "The Cruise of Love", "Live Right", "I Am Sam", "War of Money the Original", and "The All-Round Wife".
