Jo Hyun-jae is starring in the daily MBC drama "The Daughter of the Emperor".

This will be his first come back to MBC in 10 years since 2003 drama "Love Letter".
Jo Hyun-jae stars in the drama as Myeong-nong, the son of King Moo-ryeo (Lee Jae-ryong) and upcoming prince. He forms a love line with Soo Baek-hyang (Seol-nan/ Seo Hyun-jin), Seol-hee (Seo Woo) and Jin-moo (Jeon Tae-soo).
"The Daughter of the Emperor" is about the life of Soo Baek-hyang and the turbulent story of the royals.
Written by Hwang Jin-yeong from "A Frozen Flower" and produced by Lee Sang-yeob-I from "Lights and Shadows", "The Daughter of the Emperor" will be broadcasted for the first time on the 30th of September.
