Joo Jin-mo stars in "Friends 2"

Actor Joo Jin-mo will be coming back with "Friends 2".

According to Fantasio, his agency, Joo will take on the role of Lee Cheol-soo. He is Lee Joon-seok's (Yu Oh-seong) father who was once a threatening gangster in the 1960s.

"Friends 2" reflects on the kind of men in the year 1963 and the year 2013 and is directed by _Kwak_Gyeong-taek who also directed the first movie. The movie stars Yu Oh-seong and Kim Woo-bin.

Joo Jin-mo says, "I am happy to be in the second story of "Friend". This is not just a gangster movie but a real movie about different characters of the men. It's also my first movie with Gyeong-taek in 6 years".

"Friends 2" will start making as soon as the cast is complete.
