Ju Ji-hoon looked back on his 20s and 30s on the episode of the tvN show "Yoo Quiz" on the 9th.
He said, "I'm embarrassed. I thought I was a man in my 20s. I used to say really cheesy things when I was 23 and 24 years old".
He continued, "In my 30s I was in the army and when I blinked, I was here. It's strange to be entering my 40s. I thought about it a lot in my 30s but I'm always 18 at heart. The environment is changing so I'm just adapting to that".
He was asked what he was preparing for his 40s and he said, "I decided its health. I try to do more cardio and I only control my diet when I need to. When the director asks me to get into shape, I ask him for 3 months time. I have gout so I can't intake protein".
