Jun Ji-hyun and Ju Ji-hoon Confirmed to Star in "Jirisan"

Actors Jun Ji-hyun and Ju Ji-hoon have confirmed roles in 2021's most anticipated blockbuster "Jirisan".

"Jirisan" is a mystery drama about people climbing the mountain against the backdrop of the vast scenery of Jirisan.

The film is written by Kim Eun-hee-I from the "Kingdom" and "Signal" series and directed by Lee Eung-bok from "Mr. Sunshine", "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" and "Descendants of the Sun".

On top of that, actor Jun Ji-hyun, who needs no explaination and Ju Ji-hoon, who has an irreplaceable presence, have joined the two main characters to lead the drama, making prospective viewers more excited.

Jun Ji-hyun plays Seo I-kang, the best Ranger in Jirisan National Park. She knows instinctively how to ride the mountain, such as dirt roads, ragged roads, rock walls and cliffs and knows everything about Jirisan enough to guess the place of distress with just a blade of grass.

Ju Ji-hoon will transform into Kang Hyeon-jo, a new Ranger at Jirisan National Park. Kang Hyeon-jo, a former Army captain from the Korea Military Academy who keeps a secret he can't tell anyone, will partner with Seo I-kang to save people by traveling through the mountains together.
