Jun Ji-hyun to Return to TV Soaps After 14-Year Break

Actress Jun Ji-hyun has decided to appear in the SBS drama "You Came from the Stars" after a 14-year absence from TV soaps. The male lead is Kim Soo-hyun, who co-starred with her in the heist blockbuster "The Thieves" in 2012.

Jeon last appeared on TV screens in the drama "Happy Together" in 1999.

Now fans are waiting to see whether she can generate enough on-screen chemistry with Kim to make this sweet romantic comedy a success.

The drama is a fantasy romance involving a man who comes to the earth from another planet and a top actress.

It is scheduled to air in December.
