Jung Chae-yeon debuted in 2015 as a member of the girl group DIA. In 2016, she gained wider recognition after being selected as a final member of I.O.I through Mnet's "Produce 101", and she made her acting debut with tvN's "Drinking Alone". Most recently, she received praise for her role as rookie lawyer Kang Hyo-min in the drama "Beyond the Bar".
