Jung Hye-young Donates W100 Billion to Help Sick Children

Actress Jung Hye-young donated W100 billion to help children with rare and difficult-to-cure diseases at Yonsei University Hospital on Friday.

In her debut film, "The Gangster Shaman", which was released in January, Jung played the role of a mother with a sick child, which required some of the scenes to be shot at the hospital's children's clinic.

She decided to pledge all of her earnings from the film after her husband Sean suggested she give it to a good cause.

The couple wed in 2004 and have since become known for their charitable endeavors'.
