Known as the modern day "Story of Simchung", "Madam Bluff" is about the love between a man and a woman and the romance and passion surrounding them. Jung Woo-sung and Esom's appeal stands out just as they are in the poster.

Jung Woo-sung's version of the poster has the copy, 'It was also love, but I didn't have a choice then' which hints that he had no choice to abandon love that was once hot with Deok. He sits on a sofa and gazes afar, like a man deeply in love.

Esom has the copy, 'I did everything you asked me. I waited and waited..'. which shows the resentment towards the man whom she gave everything to when she was twenty and a virgin. She's looking into space on the bed, a tear running down from her cheek. The poster reveals the characters' situation accurately which raises anticipation for the drama.
