Jung Woo to star in first historical movie "Heung-boo: The Revolutionist"

Jung Woo is starring in his first historical movie called "Heung-boo: The Revolutionist".

"Heung-boo: The Revolutionist" is the story based in the Joseon Heonjong reign when noblemen fought over power and peasant lives became harder and harder every day.

Jung Woo takes on the role of the Joseon's best novelist Yeon Heung-boo. He writes to find his lost brother and realization hits him when he meets Jo Hyeok who dreams of changing the world.

"Heung-boo: The Revolutionist" is Jung Woo's first period drama. It's written by Baek Mi-kyeong and directed by Jo Geun-hyeon.

The movie is to come out in 2018.
