Kang Ji-hwan, injunction to stop all activities

Actor Kang Ji-hwan who is disputing with his agency received injunction to stop his entertainment activities.

According to the Seoul Central Court, S Plus Entertainment submitted an injunction to stop Kang Ji-hwan from all entertainment activities until the 31st of October next year.

The agency claims, "Kang Ji-hwan has been signed on contract from the 5th of January 2010 to the 31st of December 2012, but he didn't exert authority for ten months. He has been avoiding the agency for no particular reason and changed his cell phone number too. He signed a contract with another person and gave him authority as an agency therefore this is a violation of contract terms".

"Kang Ji-hwan should be stopped of all acting, musical and creative activities until the 31st of October, 2013".

Kang's legal representative wouldn't say much about this case.
