Actress Kang Min-ah has confirmed her appearance in the upcoming drama "Empathy Cell".

The new series "Empathy Cell" is a romantic comedy about a woman who denies empathy and a man burdened by it. Through a surreal incident known as 'emotional transference', the two invade each other's worlds and relearn how to feel.
In the drama, Kang Min-ah will play Yoo Ji-an, a former girl group idol once dubbed the 'nation's idol' who enjoyed explosive popularity. Having lived suppressing her emotions under her mother's strict control since childhood, Ji-an faces a crisis after becoming embroiled in acting controversies due to her lack of empathy. However, after meeting psychological counselor Cha Eun-hwan, she experiences an unexpected emotional transference, through which she begins to rediscover lost emotions and grow as a person.
Meanwhile, "Empathy Cell" is currently accelerating its production preparations.
