KBS Doc Wins Cinematography Award

Cinematographer Baek Hong-jong, who shot the KBS documentary "Chamagodo", will be recognized by his peers in the industry with the Grand Prize in the Grime Awards.
Top honors in the drama category went to Lee Yeong-cheol and Jeong Gi-hyeon of the SBS drama "Lobbyist". For documentaries, Kim Yong-nam of the MBC program "The DMZ is Alive" also received recognition.
Established in 1993 by the Korean Television Directors of Photography Association, the Grime Award recognizes excellence in camera work and lighting. The awards ceremony will be held Friday at the Broadcasting Center in Mokdong.
