KBS, "Early end or change main actress"

As actress Han Ye-seul is refusing to cooperate with the KBS 2TV drama "Spy MyeongWol", KBS revealed it would wait until the 16th.

Han Ye-seul refused to show up for the drama shoot on the 14th and 15th. Having not even half of the drama, the staff decided to hiatus the episode for the 15th and replace it with specials and highlights of the drama.

The drama department of KBS said, "If Han Ye-seul doesn't show up for the shoot until the 16th, we will end the drama early or change actresses and finish it off".

They haven't been able to contact Han Ye-seul. There has been rumor that she has left for the States on the 15th and her English name Leslie Kim is on the list for departures but some say she is still in the country.

However, KBS remains resolute. It was known that Han Ye-seul's rejection to cooperate was due to problems with the producer and the drama system in this country but KBS is the biggest victim.

KBS made it clear of its stance as it thinks Han Ye-seul's behavior of not showing up at the shoot for advertisements and others more than once and causing interference in the drama for her problem with the drama system isn't right for a public figure and will only wait until the 16th.

Meanwhile, through a media report, KBS insisted, "There will be highlights and specials of the drama on the day it won't be able to broadcast as usual due to Han's refusal to cooperate. As far as we know she doesn't have any explainable excuse. She knows very well what will happen if she doesn't show up on site and she has unilaterally concealed herself. This is not the way a public figure acts. The production of the drama is a promise with the viewers. Han shouldn't cause anymore dysfunction to the drama and join the shoot again".
