Kim Jang-hoon Donates Concert Money to Good Causes

Singer Kim Jang-hoon has donated US$60,000 from the proceeds of his solo concert in New York on Saturday to various causes.

He gave $20,000 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, the world's largest organization for people with breast cancer, $30,000 to the students union of New York University, and $10,000 to the Fashion Institute of Technology, also in the Big Apple, his agency said.

Earlier this month, Kim donated $50,000 to the same foundation, and gave a similar sum to the University of California at Los Angeles to help promote traditional Korean music there.
