"Empathy Cell" is a romance drama that tells the story of a woman who denies empathy and a man who bears the weight of empathy, as they come to share each other's emotions. The series promises delicate psychological portrayals and a fresh relational dynamic.
Kim Myung-soo takes on the role of Cha Eun-hwan, a man who excessively carries others' emotions. Eun-hwan is a psychological counseling expert who has gained wide popularity for his unconventional counseling methods. His everyday life is thrown into turmoil when he becomes entangled in an unexpected incident.
Kim Myung-soo has steadily built his filmography, appearing in "Perfect Family", "Dare to Love Me", "Numbers", "Royal Secret Agent", "Meow, the Secret Boy", "Angel's Last Mission: Love", and "Miss Hammurabi", among others.
In this project, he is set to move between reality and fantasy. Under the premise of emotional transference, he is expected to portray Eun-hwan's confusion and transformation in a multidimensional way.

Meanwhile, "Empathy Cell" has entered production with plans to air in the second half of the year.
