Actor Kim Nam-gil may soon return to television with the new drama "Nightmare - Drama".

On the 5th, his agency Gilstory ENT released an official statement to Star News regarding reports that he would appear in SBS's upcoming drama "Nightmare - Drama". A representative said, "Kim Nam-gil has received an offer to star in "Nightmare - Drama" and is currently reviewing it. Nothing has been confirmed yet".
"Nightmare - Drama" is an SF hero drama set in a world where AI (artificial intelligence) infiltrates human dreams and designs nightmares for criminals. Kim Nam-gil has reportedly been offered the role of Kim Tae-i, a detective who investigates cases related to this AI technology.
Meanwhile, Kim Nam-gil is also set to appear in the upcoming film "Canvas of Blood", directed by Jang Hoon. In the film, he plays Grand Prince Suyang, acting alongside Park Bo-gum, who portrays Grand Prince Anpyeong. The movie is scheduled to be released later this year.
