MBC TV show "Celebrity News" followed up on the Kim Soo-hyun popularity in China.
He was recently invited as a guest to the greatest TV show in China. He beat Lee Min-ho in popularity in China and was even sent a private jet to get him into the country. More than 600 security personnel were dispatched for his safety and four check points were set up.
The tickets to sit in the show as audience were either sent out randomly or sold outside the gates at more than 5 million won a piece. The estimated amount of money he made is expected to be more than 30 billion won.
