Kim Sun-a Wins Case Against Cosmetic Clinic

The Seoul Central District Court on Tuesday ordered a cosmetic clinic in Busan to pay actress Kim Sun-a W25 million for using her name in advertising without her permission (US$1=W1,012).

In December 2012, the clinic claimed on its website it was "recommended by Kim Sun-a".
