She posted on Instagram, "I am a little late because I've been travelling back and forth China and Korea".
"I hope all this attention becomes hope to those suffering from the disease and I also hope this becomes a chance for us to take better care of our neighbors".
Kim Tae-hee wrote a letter for the Lou Gehrig's patients in the picture and is also holding another sign that says, "I pray for you and support you. Hang in there".
Kim Tae-hee was appointed to do the Ice Bucket Challenge by Lim Yoona from Girls' Generation.
