Kim Tae-ri in "Revenant" with Special Appearance from Jin Sun-kyu

On the 29th, SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama "Revenant" unveiled the script practice scene with actors Kim Tae-ri, Oh Jung-se, Hong Kyung, and special appearances Jin Sun-kyu.

"Revenant" is a Korean-style occult mystery drama in which a woman who is possessed by an evil spirit and a man who can see the evil spirit dig into the mysterious death.

The actors gathered in one place on this day and began practicing the script with Kim Tae-ri's greeting, "I hope you do well in a healthy and enjoyable way".

The actors quickly fell in love with the characters from the moment they opened the first page of the script and set foot in another world outside the evil door. The actors' passionate performance, which gradually builds up the tension, transformed the scene into a world of Korean-style occult created by Kim Eun-hee-I.

First of all, Goo San-yeong, played by Kim Tae-ri, is a fierce youth in her 20s in this era, working part-time during the day and studying for civil service exams in the evening. But she receives the belongings of her father, which she should not accept, and is possessed by evil spirits.

Oh Jung-se plays Yeom Hae-sang, a folklorist who sees evil spirits, and depicts a character who has been able to see ears and gods unlike others since he was young.

Hong Kyung, who plays Lee Hong-sae, an elite police officer at the National Police University, also did not disappoint. Lee Hong-sae is a tough detective with clear self-subjectivity and sexism, but begins to change little by little when he meets his partner Moon Cheon and encounters mysterious cases.

Jin Sun-kyu, who plays the role of the father of San-yeong and the folklorist Goo Sang-mo as special appearance, portrayed a character who pursues evil spirits with everything on the line.

"Revenant" will premiere at 10 PM on June 23rd.
